Foundations of Balance

Foundations of Balance is a 3 hour session exploring the fundamental principles of Handstand balance. Learn skills and develop understanding of easeful and safe practicing of balance poses and inversions that you can practice at home. The session includes a 1 hour class, incorporating the balance principles we've analysed and a 15 minute break for tea.

 Please be aware that although you do not have to be a seasoned practitioner, experience is required. If you are unsure, please contact us to ask if you think that this workshop is right for you. If you were present at the first workshop, please come along to enjoy some new exercises! 

The workshop was on 22nd July.  Again we had inspiring teaching from Franki.  We'll let you know if there will be a follow up course in the future.
