This course is suitable for beginners. It follows on from our Absolute Beginner's course.
We'll cover :
* ALL the basic postures
* ADD some more challenging postures to your yoga practice
* LEARN how to link postures into a flow sequence.

Covering in detail all the key postures. Giving you ALL the yoga you'll ever need! We'll be exploring how much yoga we need to feel at ease in our bodies, have a stronger core, greater range of movement and flexibility. You will learn how to move safely to protect your vulnerable areas - the lower back, neck and knees.
Last but certainly not least you will learn to relax your body and mind.
